Steve Arpin held the lead on a green-white-checker finish for his second straight ARCA win Friday night. The Canadian driver took the lead from Grant Enfinger on a restart with nine laps remaining before the eighth caution of the 100-lap race came out with three laps to go. Craig Goess overtook Enfinger for second place on the final restart but couldn't catch Arpin.
Arpin won his first ARCA race at Salem, Ind., last weekend and has finished in the top 10 in all four events.
Nelson Piquet Jr., the son of three-time Formula One champion Nelson Piquet and a former F1 driver, finished ninth after starting from the pole.
It was the first ARCA race at Texas Motor Speedway since 1998.
