Must See Racing Named the Official Sanctioning Body for 62nd Pay Less Little 500

AndersonAnderson Speedway officials announced today that Must See Racing has been named to be the Official Sanctioning Organization for the 62nd Pay Less Little 500 to be held on Saturday, May 29, 2010.

"We are excited to have Must See Racing on board for this great event" said Rick Dawson, President of Anderson Speedway. "This association will bring more exposure and prestige to what many consider to be the nation's best asphalt sprint car event."

Must See Racing and the Must See Racing Xtreme Sprint Series are organizations founded by Jim Hanks, who is a long time sprint car owner and successful business man with headquarters in Holly, MI. Founded in 2007, Must See Racing has been involved in the production and broadcasts of several sprint car events, both winged and non-winged over the past two years, including the 2009 Pay Less Little 500. These tape delayed broadcasts have been available to nearly 10 million households across the country.

mustseeracing"We are very proud of our relationship with Anderson Speedway and the opportunity to associate our name with the most prestigious sprint car race in the country" said Jim Hanks, President of Must See Racing. "We intend to enhance the excitement of this event and assist the Speedway in continuing the tradition of this race and its professionalism."

As in the past, officiating the race will continue to be under Anderson Speedway control. The format of the Pay Less Little 500 is unique to Sprint Car racing. The starting grid is comprised of thirty-three cars in 11 rows of three, charging to the green flag. Two mandatory pits stops are required during the challenging 500-lap event. Billed as the most entertaining event in auto racing, fans will be filled with anticipation in the most exciting start to a racing event.

Pay Less Little 500 week will be similar to the 2009 schedule with a 60 lap Must See Racing Xtreme Sprint Series winged sprint race on Wednesday night, May 26. There will again be two days of qualifying on Thursday and Friday for the 62nd running of the Pay Less Little 500 on Saturday, May 29th. Many of the nations top drivers have already committed to participate in the event, including 2009 defending champion, David Steele.

"The promotion through our media sources, including our top quality television production, will be second to none" per Jim Hanks. "In addition to the Pay Less Little 500 we are also pleased to announce that we will also be televising the Must See Racing Xtreme Sprint Series Event on May 26th and the Redbud 300 event on July 25, 2010."

More information will be forthcoming and available at both www.andersonspeedway.com and mustseeracing.com.
